Job Role:

• Overseeing attendance, behaviour, pastoral care, and inclusion across the school.
• Supporting staff to maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement.
• Leading and developing pastoral systems to promote student wellbeing and success.
• Monitoring attendance and implementing effective strategies for improvement.
• Working closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to uphold school values and vision.
• Building positive relationships with students, parents, and external agencies to support inclusion.
