Job Description

Design & Technology Teacher – Excellent Independent School
This high performing independent school is looking for Design & Technology Teacher (DT Teacher) to provide interim cover for the start of the academic year.  The school has outstanding facilities, brilliant behaviour, and supportive leadership. As a Design & Technology Teacher you will be teaching Key Stage 3 & 4 classes of no more than 20 students and will have access to an impressive array of resources.

Role:
  • Teaching Design & Technology to small classes of Key Stage 3 & 4 students
  • Utilising a wide array of outstanding resources and facilities
  • Demonstrating a high level of subject knowledge to stretch academically gifted students
  • Being part of a high performing Design & Technology department, working closely with the HOD to deliver outstanding and impactful lessons
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher status – QTS or QTLS
  • Availability for a minimum of 3 weeks work
  • Outstanding subject knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working hours – 08:15 - 16:10
