This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils across Key Stages 1 and 2, delivering interventions, covering lessons, and working closely with teachers to enhance learning experiences.

Job role:- Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and 2.
- Delivering small-group and one-to-one interventions to boost pupil progress.
- Covering lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
- Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff to enhance learning outcomes.
- Assisting with lesson planning and resource preparation.
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
Requirements:- HLTA qualification or equivalent.
- Experience supporting teaching and learning in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 and 2 curriculum.
- Ability to deliver interventions and support pupils with a range of learning needs.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
