Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity in a welcoming Birmingham primary school? This Ofsted "Good" two-form entry school is looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team and provide essential support to both teachers and pupils.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students, offering classroom support, small group interventions, and 1:1 assistance where needed. Job Role:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Working with small groups of students to reinforce learning.
• Providing 1:1 support to children who need additional help.

• Supporting pupils with reading, writing, and numeracy skills.
• Assisting with classroom preparation and behaviour management.
