The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Early Career Teacher to take on a Year 2 class in an Outstanding-rated primary school. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, ensuring pupils make excellent progress across the curriculum. You will receive full ECT support, including mentorship, CPD opportunities, and a structured induction programme.
 
The Candidate:
The school is looking for a dedicated and proactive KS1 ECT with:

• A PGCE with QTS (or equivalent) by September 2025
• A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
• The ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
