The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting Year 5 and Year 6 pupils in the lead-up to their SATs. You’ll deliver focused 1-2-1 and small group interventions in English and maths, help pupils develop confidence and exam techniques, and support class teachers in creating an engaging and structured learning environment. Your work will be vital in helping pupils reach their academic targets.

The Candidate
This role is ideal for a graduate with a strong academic background—particularly in English, maths, or a related field—who is considering a future in teaching. You should be enthusiastic, reliable, and have a proactive approach to supporting children’s learning. Experience working with primary-aged children is an advantage, but not essential.
