The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching team to deliver targeted support to pupils who require additional help with their learning. You’ll run small group sessions, provide 1-2-1 interventions, and help children build confidence in key areas such as literacy and numeracy. Your support will contribute directly to raising attainment and improving pupil progress.
