Primary Teacher – Behaviour Support Provision

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Primary Teacher to join a specialist team supporting small classes of up to eight pupils across two local sites. The provision offers short-term turnaround placements for pupils referred through a Primary Panel, providing targeted support and interventions to help reset challenging behaviours and reintegrate pupils into their mainstream settings.

This is a full-time, term-time only position (Monday to Friday). The role is offered on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with pupils with additional behavioural or emotional needs and be Team Teach trained, or willing to undertake this training.

The school caters for children aged 5–11 who are at risk of suspension or exclusion and has been recognised by Ofsted as providing a high standard of education and support.

Pay rate: £180–£210 per day (in order to obtain the top pay bracket you must have taught, planned and delivered primary curriculum in a like for like environment on a long term basis)

The ability to communicate clearly and confidently is essential for this role.
