We’re working with a well-established creative agency based near Gatwick that partners with leading household brands. They’re looking for a Commercial & Finance Administrator to join their friendly and collaborative team.
This part-time role is ideal for someone returning to work or looking for flexibility while staying close to the creative industry. You’ll support the finance and project teams with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth commercial processes across multiple exciting brand projects.
The Role:
- Prepare and maintain project budgets and financial records.
 - Track and update budgets using Excel and internal tools.
 - Support with invoice processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
 - Prepare summary reports and presentations for internal teams.
 - Maintain accurate documentation and assist with general admin duties.
 - Liaise across departments to ensure timely and accurate financial updates.
 
The Ideal Candidate:
- Background in finance, commercial admin, or project support.
 - Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
 - Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
 - Confident working independently and managing multiple tasks.
 - Great communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
 - Experience with finance or project management platforms is a plus.
