About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical planning, design, and implementation of audiovisual systems in large-scale events, museums, and other 3D environments. You will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and clients to deliver immersive and impactful experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, engineer, and oversee the implementation of AV systems for events, museums, and interactive exhibits.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and design teams to integrate AV solutions seamlessly into the overall project vision.
  • Use AutoCAD and other design software to create detailed technical drawings, layouts, and system schematics.
  • Provide technical expertise during the installation and testing phases, ensuring systems are fully functional and meet all design specifications.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during both design and execution stages.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest AV technologies and industry trends to bring innovative solutions to the table.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in AV design, particularly for event and museum environments.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for creating detailed technical drawings, schematics, and layouts.
  • Experience in designing and implementing AV solutions for immersive, 3D environments (e.g., museums, exhibitions, live events).
  • Familiarity with audio, video, lighting, and control systems commonly used in large-scale events and installations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, AV Technology, or a related field is preferred.
This role is basically fully remote, with occassional travel to their offices in London potentially once a month.Do apply with CV and folio within.
