Creative Director - Experiential

We’re looking for an experienced and visionary Creative Director (Experiential) to join a forward-thinking, design-led consultancy creating world-class brand experiences.

This permanent role offers the chance to lead the conception and delivery of immersive, live, and experiential projects for some of the world’s most recognisable global brands. You’ll sit at the heart of the creative process — shaping ideas from first spark through to flawless execution.

As Creative Director, you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, setting creative direction and inspiring outstanding work across multiple projects. You’ll bring bold, conceptual thinking alongside a hands-on mindset when needed, ensuring ideas translate seamlessly into powerful real-world experiences. Your portfolio will demonstrate a strong track record of delivering integrated experiential design within a fast-paced agency environment.

You’ll thrive in a collaborative, high-energy setting, confidently managing multiple projects while balancing creative ambition with client objectives. Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders, you’ll build strong client relationships and lead projects with clarity, confidence, and impact. A solid understanding of 3D environment design is highly advantageous and well aligned with the immersive nature of the work.
