Cloud Solution Architect - (DV cleared)

Network IT is currently recruiting for a DV Solution Architect, to join our client on a 12 month initial contract.
 
Role: Solution Architect (Platform Integration and DevOps) (DV cleared)
Contract: 12 Months Initial
Rate: £640 per day
Status: Inside IR35
Location: Corsham (Hybrid working) 
 
Key Skills:

• Provision of Solution Architect to support the SECRET Cloud Hosting ecosystem, specifically focussed on the integration of the SCC Hyperscale platform.
• Work with the SCC Preferred Bidder to establish an S-Cloud DevOps function to support the platform and its’ customers.
• Work/liaise with the MODCloud Official team to understand & adapt the existing MODCloud DevOps function/ways of working as a basis for S-Cloud.
• Lead on the design/configuration of the CI/CD Pipelines and Infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tooling for the SCC platform
• Assist in the recruitment of an S-Cloud DevOps team
• Lead the design & generation of artefacts for the SCC DevOps function.
• Support the creation of Designs and governance artefacts for the integration SCC Hyperscale platform. Ensure designs comply with MOD 453, 440 governances, and are aligned to NCSC and Industry best practice.
• Support the creation of Landing Zone architectures and tenancy designs for the SCC Hyperscale platform.
• Support all applicable working groups, both Defence and cross government.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to the Design team Junior Architect.
• DV Clearance, UK Sole National required for role.
