Pay rate to £32.67 per hour

We are recruiting for an experienced Local Authority Home Ownership Specialist in South West London 
Details 

• Manage the lease renewal process  

• Liaise with leaseholders regarding lease permissions and enforcement of lease terms  

• Provide in-depth service charge financial information to leaseholders  

• Answer queries from leaseholders on their rights and responsibilities  

• Lead the Right to Buy Application process  

• Support statutory leasehold consultations 

This is a contract role, and you will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority setting
