Adult’s Social Worker, Home first Team, Dorset 
Pay rate to £35 per hour  
Contract roles – Locality Team 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Workers in Dorset. 
This is to work in a Locality Team in East Dorset 
Key Responsibilities 

• Complete strengths-based assessments and care planning 

• Manage a complex caseload within adult social care 

• Conduct community visits and home assessments 

• Lead on Court of Protection work, including reports and applications 

• Undertake safeguarding enquiries and risk assessments 

• Apply strong knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and relevant legislation 

• Work hybrid: minimum 2 office days per week
