Contract role, Local Authority Housing, Environment and Communities
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced LSO for a Local Authority in Central London.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance to property licence applicants
- Process and manage property licence applications
- Maintain and update housing-related databases
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support Environmental Health Officers during inspections
- Contribute to service improvement and streamlining of licensing processes
You will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority setting.
