Local Authority Licensing Private Sector Property and Housing. Central London 
Pay rate £31.96 per hour 
Contract role, Local Authority Housing, Environment and Communities  
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced LSO for a Local Authority in Central London. 
Key Responsibilities  

• Provide advice and guidance to property licence applicants  

• Process and manage property licence applications  

• Maintain and update housing-related databases  

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders  

• Support Environmental Health Officers during inspections  

• Contribute to service improvement and streamlining of licensing processes  

 
You will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority setting.
