Pay rate £37 per hour  
Contract role, Occupational Therapy Adult Social Care Team 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist, in North London 
Details: 

• We need a Senior Occupational Therapist to support the Occupational Therapy Adult Social Care Team.  

• The right candidate will oversee our Duty Team: screening referrals and allocating work to OT staff, manage the internal adaptations email inbox with support of 2 other senior staff, hold a small caseload of complex cases and urgent manual handling , and supervise 2 OTs.  

• They will have have a minimum experience and knowledge at senior level of 1 year within adult social care.  

• The role includes: 1. Oversight of 2 duty staff; screening new referrals and allocating work to Duty OTs 2. Managing the the internal adaptations email on a rota basis 3. Holding a small caseload of up to 5 allocations per month for m/handling assessments or complex cases  

• The ideal candidate will have experience working within an OT Duty Team and with major adaptations - must have minimum 1 year experience at senior level within adult social care.  

• Rate £37 per hour but negotiable for a very experienced and the right candidate.  

• Hybrid working - with minimum 1-2 days office based.  

• Likely to be on-going. 35 hours per week
