Contract role, Discharge to Assess 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist in Slough 
 
This is to support the Discharge to Assess team which facilitates efficient hospital discharges. Community based team comprising of 3 OTs and joint working with Hospital Social Work Team. 
 
There is plenty of hybrid working available
