Adult’s Social Worker, Disability Team, Wrexham 
Pay rate £43.25 per hour 
All Age Disability Team 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker in Wrexham 
The Disability Team are looking to recruit an experienced Social Worker to work in an All Age Disability Team.  
The candidate will be expected to have understanding of the Social Services and Well being (Wales) Act 2014.  
We are a supportive team and the successful worker will receive regular supervision as well as ongoing peer support from team members.  
Ideally the candidate will have experience of the CHC framework and devising care and support plans in line with legislation as well as experience of working with individuals with a Disability.    
Wrexham currently supports a hybrid working model. We would welcome applications from individuals with experience of working with Children and/or Adults.   
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
