EHCP Co-ordinator, West London 
Pay rate £31 to £38 per hour  
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced EHCP Co-ordinator in West London. 
THe role is to manage the Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plan process to ensure that children and young people with SEND aged 0-25 receive appropriate assessments, services and provision from Education, Health and Social Care. 
You will need to have experience of this role, and a high level understanding of SEND code of practice, and of running key projects such as assessment and annual reviews. 
 
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
