Rate: £300 per day

Are you an experienced EHCP Co-Ordinator looking for your next rewarding opportunity? We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a local authority in Hertfordshire for a skilled professional to support their SEND service by drafting and amending Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and finalise EHCPs in line with statutory timescales and SEND Code of Practice
Collaborate with parents/carers, educational settings, and professionals to ensure high-quality and person-centred plans
Translate complex reports and multi-agency input into clear, accessible language
Ensure EHCPs are legally compliant, outcomes-focused, and reflective of individual needs

Requirements:

Proven experience writing EHCPs for a local authority or similar setting
Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and the EHCP process
Excellent written communication and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently
