Are you an experienced and passionate SEN Primary Teacher looking for your next rewarding role? We are working with a welcoming and supportive SEND school in the Erith area that caters for pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH. The school is seeking a caring and creative teacher to join their team and inspire pupils to achieve their full potential.
About the Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of primary-aged pupils with EHCPs.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that supports both academic and personal development.
- Work closely with LSAs, therapists, and other professionals to deliver a holistic education.
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning goals.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) required.
- Experience working with children with SEND, ideally in a specialist or primary setting.
- A nurturing and resilient approach with excellent behaviour management skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.
- Supportive leadership and a collaborative SEN team.
- Access to high-quality CPD and ongoing training.
