Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs?
We are working with a welcoming SEND school in Croydon who are seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join their team.
The Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including Autism (ASC), SEMH, SLD or MLD.
- Work closely with support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Foster confidence, independence and a love of learning in every child.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching pupils with SEN, ideally in a specialist or mainstream setting.
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
- A caring, patient and resilient nature with a passion for supporting young people.
- Supportive leadership and staff team.
