Job Title: Cover Supervisor – Secondary School
Location: Bexleyheath, South East London
Pay: £120 – £150 per day (depending on experience)
Are you an enthusiastic and confident individual looking to gain valuable experience in education? We are working with a welcoming mainstream secondary school in the Bexleyheath area who are seeking a reliable Cover Supervisor to join their team.
About the Role:

Supervising classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff.
Ensuring students remain on task with pre-set work.
Managing classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policies.
Supporting pupils with their learning where required.
Building positive relationships with staff and students across the school.

About You:

Previous experience working with young people (classroom, youth work, tutoring or mentoring) is desirable.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
A proactive, flexible, and reliable approach.
A genuine interest in working with secondary-aged pupils.
