Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate and committed German Teacher to join a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in the Dartford area.
This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced practitioner or an ECT looking to develop their career within a supportive MFL department.
The Role:
- Teaching German across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
- Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
- Assessing, tracking and supporting pupil progress
- Contributing to the wider life of the school and MFL department
- QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Strong subject knowledge in German
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of mixed abilities
- Good classroom and behaviour management skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
- Supportive leadership and collaborative staff team
- Well-resourced MFL department
- Opportunities for CPD and career progression
- Competitive pay (MPS/UPS depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP / Easter Half term (flexible)
Contract: Full-time or part-time considered
