Bartender

Are you an experienced Bartender looking for a brand-new exciting opportunity? My client is a luxury beautiful independent hotel, set within gorgeous grounds, that offers elegance to all its clientele. They are looking for a passionate talented Bartender to join their bar team, bringing incredible quality and service to clientele of the hotel’s bar and lounge areas. 

Due to the location of the hotel, the successful candidate will need to have access to their own transportation. 

The main duties and responsibilities of the Bartender will be:  

• Ensuring an efficient and welcoming service to all customers of the bar and lounge. 
• Maximising the financial potential of the bars, upselling products and minimising wastage. 
• Cleaning and always organising of the cellar and correct cleaning of the lines. 
• Restocking the bar each day and dealing with deliveries and stock control. 

The ideal Bartender will: 

• Be an experienced bartender, ideally in a hotel environment. 
• Ideally have experience working in a mixologist setting.  
• Have an extensive knowledge of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails if required.  
• Be personable, friendly with amazing customer service skills. 
• Be attentive, organised and calm under pressure.

Job-Type: Fulltime, Permanent 

Salary: £23,000 per annum 

Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5/7 days a week
