Job Description

Job Title: Foot Mobile PPM Engineer
Location: Zone 1 & 2, Central London
Salary: £36,330 basic + fully expensed Travelcard + up to 2 hours paid daily travel time( extra £8,383.00 per annum in travel time )
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
Holiday: 20 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Foot Mobile PPM Engineer to join our team, covering multiple commercial sites across Central London (Zones 1 & 2). This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for a proactive engineer with a solid background in planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and minor repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct scheduled PPM tasks across client sites
  • Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs (mechanical, electrical, and fabric)
  • Carry out visual inspections and ensure compliance with site safety standards
  • Respond to ‘in-hours’ callouts as required
  • Rotate across different sites (one per day) on foot, with all travel costs covered
  • Accurately complete maintenance records and job reports
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in building services and general facilities maintenance
  • Basic electrical knowledge and competence (City & Guilds or equivalent preferred)
  • Excellent understanding of health & safety standards
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with foot travel across multiple sites daily
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
