Pertemps Social Care is currently recruiting for a qualified Occupational Therapist to join the Independent Living Service in Wolverhampton. This locum role is ideal for a field-based OT with experience in aids and adaptations, looking to make a meaningful impact in just one day a week.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out OT assessments for individuals with complex health and social care needs
- Recommend and coordinate the provision of appropriate equipment and home adaptations
- Work collaboratively with service users, carers, and professionals across social care and health
- Support safe, independent living through tailored intervention plans
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
- Proven experience in community-based OT and housing/adaptations
- Confident managing a field-based caseload
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice
- Competitive hourly rate of £28.40
