We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Locum Assistant Educational Psychologist to join our team in Northumberland on a flexible basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of psychological services to children, young people, and their families across the county.
Key details:
- Role: Locum Assistant Educational Psychologist
- Location: Northumberland
- Contract: Flexible locum opportunity
- Hours: Negotiable and flexible
- Rate: £525 per assessment
You will support qualified Educational Psychologists in providing psychological services to children and young people, including:
- Assisting with assessments and observations.
- Supporting evidence-based interventions in schools and settings.
- Contributing to the delivery of training and workshops.
- Participating in consultation meetings and multi-disciplinary working.
- A psychology degree (BPS-accredited) and eligibility for Graduate Basis for Chartership.
- Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational or care setting.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
- A flexible and collaborative approach to working within the Educational Psychology Service.
