£39.04 per hour
An experienced Social Worker is required to join a Family Help Team within a local authority in North West London. This is a hybrid working position, offering a flexible balance between office and home-based working.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of children and families in need of support
- Completing assessments and developing care plans
- Undertaking child protection investigations
- Working closely with multi-agency professionals
- Maintaining accurate case records and reports
- Attending court proceedings where required
- Social Work England registration
- Qualified Social Worker status
- Previous experience within children’s services
- Strong assessment and safeguarding experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team
