Tribunals, Mediations & Complaints Manager -North LondonRate of pay: Up to £500 per day
Contract Duration: 3-month contract
Working Arrangements: Office attendance required every Wednesday
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Tribunals, Mediations & Complaints Manager to join a North London local authority on an initial 3-month contract.
This is a key role requiring a candidate with strong expertise in SEND tribunals, mediations, and the management of complex complaints.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the tribunal and mediation function within the SEND service
- Oversee and coordinate responses to formal complaints, ensuring statutory compliance
- Represent the local authority at tribunal hearings and mediation meetings
- Work closely with legal services, senior leadership, and external stakeholders
- Ensure high-quality case management and timely resolution of cases
Key Requirements:- Significant experience in SEND tribunals and mediation
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation and statutory frameworks
- Proven track record in managing complex complaints
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to attend the office in North London every Wednesday
