EHC Coordinator – Nottinghamshire Fully Remote | £300 per day
Nottinghamshire is seeking an experienced
EHC Practitioner to support the management of statutory EHC processes on a fully remote basis.
The role will involve managing the statutory assessment process from request through to final plan, ensuring the timely drafting, review and amendment of Education, Health and Care Plans in line with the SEND Code of Practice and statutory deadlines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating multi-agency advice and contributing to high-quality, outcome-focused EHC Plans
- Working collaboratively with families, schools and professionals to ensure co-produced plans
- Monitoring and supporting vulnerable cohorts, including children and young people who are excluded, on part-time timetables, or receiving EOTAS/EOTAC provision
- Ensuring appropriate provision and oversight for children educated otherwise than at school
- Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring statutory compliance throughout the process
Candidates must have strong Local Authority SEND experience and be confident managing complex casework independently within a remote setting.
