£19–£26 per hour
Hybrid Working
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced SEND Key Worker to join a Local Authority Review Team in Staffordshire on a hybrid working basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Review Team to ensure Phase Transfers and Annual Reviews are completed in line with statutory deadlines
- Managing and processing Annual Reviews from start to completion
- Processing and amending Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), with a focus on Phase Transfers
- Liaising with families, schools, and multi-agency professionals to ensure timely and accurate outcomes
- Maintaining clear, accurate records in line with local authority procedures
- Previous experience working as a SEND Key Worker or within a SEND / EHCP Review Team
- Strong knowledge of SEND statutory processes, particularly Annual Reviews and Phase Transfers
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
