Senior Tribunal Appeals Officer – Nottinghamshire£400 per dayContract until Christmas 2025Fully remote (5 days per week)
 Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced 
Senior Tribunal Appeals Officer to join a 
SEND Team within a Local Authority in Nottinghamshire.
 We’re looking for someone with 
significant mediation and Tribunal experience to undertake appeal work and represent the Local Authority at 
SENDIST hearings. The role will include:
- Preparing and managing Tribunal cases
 - Gathering and reviewing evidence
 - Representing the LA at mediation and Tribunal
 - Leading on complex casework at a senior level
 
Requirements:- Extensive experience within a Local Authority SEND Team
 - Strong knowledge of SEND Tribunal processes and legislation
 - Proven ability to manage complex cases independently
 
This role offers 
full remote working and a day rate of 
£400, with the contract running until 
Christmas 2025.
