Pertemps are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join the Adult Social Care team in North Lincolnshire. This is a rewarding community-based role where you’ll support adults with a wide range of needs, promoting independence, wellbeing, and safety in their homes and communities.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Complete holistic assessments of adults with physical, sensory, and cognitive impairments.
- Develop and deliver person-centred intervention plans to promote independence and reduce risk.
- Recommend and facilitate the provision of equipment, adaptations, and assistive technology.
- Work collaboratively with the people of North Lincolnshire, their carers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in line with professional and legal standards.
- Contribute to safeguarding processes and effective risk management strategies.
- Promote the principles of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and other relevant legislation.
- Qualified and HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of adult social care legislation and practice.
- Experience in community-based OT work (preferred).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Competitive hourly rate of £37 per hour.
