Working Arrangements: Hybrid/Remote Working - Locum Contract
Pertemps is seeking an experienced EHCP Coordinator to join the team in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to improving outcomes for children and young people with special educational needs, working in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the statutory assessment and plan processes for children and young people with SEND as part of a team of coordinators.
- Work in partnership with parents, children, young people, providers and practitioners to ensure Swindon delivers an efficient, effective statutory process that drives positive outcomes.
- Promote and embed strengths-based, person-centred approaches, while supporting robust quality assurance processes and evidence-based decision making for consistency and accountability.
- Strong work ethic with a genuine commitment to quality.
- Experience in Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) casework, including drafting EHC Plans.
- Skilled in partnership working with families, young people and professionals.
- Ability to manage complex processes with accuracy, accountability, and empathy.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and motivated to support the success of a growing team.
- Competitive rate of £38.23 per hour.
- 37 hours per week with a supportive and collaborative working culture.
