Job Description
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Rate: £38 per hour (Umbrella)
Travel: Business mileage reimbursed from base office

- Basingstoke & Surrounds
- New Forest & Surrounds
- Winchester & Surrounds
- Fareham & Surrounds
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out functional assessments and deliver occupational therapy interventions
- Support Hampshire residents to access and navigate their home environments safely and independently
- Manage expectations of individuals who may have experienced extended wait times (18 months+) for assessment
- Implement therapeutic plans focused on physical, emotional, and functional recovery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including case managers, physios, and speech therapists
- Maintain clear and accurate clinical records
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with minimum 2 years’ post-qualified experience
- Experience with Adult Social Care, Physical Disabilities, and Moving & Handling
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use (essential)
- Confident in lone working and managing your own caseload
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible hybrid working with the use of a council-issued tablet device
- Supportive team environment with regular supervision
- £38/hour umbrella pay rate
- Mileage reimbursed for travel to visits
- 3-month initial contract, with a strong likelihood of extension
