£15.72 per hour | Driving Licence Essential | ⏰ Night Shifts (21:30 – 05:00)
📍 Calderdale | Rolling Rota | 3 Nights per Week
Pertemps are recruiting dedicated and compassionate Night Care Support Workers to join a community-based team in Calderdale.
🛏️ About the Role As a Night Care Support Worker, you’ll deliver personal care and practical support to individuals in their homes during the night. You’ll play a key role in maintaining dignity, independence, and safety for vulnerable adults across the borough.
You will:
- Work independently across the community
- Provide care as outlined in individual care plans
- Respond flexibly to changing needs and priorities
- Promote a safe, person-centred approach to care
- Follow all relevant Council policies and national care standards
- Experience in care is preferred, but strong values and reliability are essential
- Must hold a full UK Category B driving licence (min. 2 years)
- Enhanced DBS with Adults’ Barred List check (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable working on a rolling rota (including weekends & bank holidays)
- 3 nights per week on a 7-day rolling rota
- Shift time: 21:30 – 05:00
