Job Description

Great Christmas Bonus – Potential to earn up to an extra £1,150 on top of already great pay rates over the festive period. Full time temporary & ongoing night shift warehouse positions in Faversham. 18:00 - 02:00 Shift.


The benefits you can expect for working with us include: 
  • Mon-Fri £14.29ph, Sat/Sun £15.45ph up to £16.62ph post 40 hours, pay rates increasing after 12 weeks probation. 
  • Premium Rates paid over 40 hours at 10% extra 
  • Xmas Bonus rate enhancements, potential extra £1,150 earnings in December on top of pay rates paid weekly through December, no waiting until January.

As a Warehouse Operative you will be: 
  • Picking food products using a top voice pick system for a well-known supermarket  
  • Working in a chilled and ambient environment  
  • Breaking down and allocating goods  
  • Achieving targets and job standards set out by the shift manager  
  • Other duties which may include heavy lifting  

The ideal Warehouse Operative will have the following skills and experience: 
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided 
  • Must have a good attention to detail  
  • Must have a positive attitude and be extremely reliable 
  • Ability to work under pressure, and to deadlines 
  • Punctual with excellent timekeeping and attendance
