Fabric Engineer/ Builder  - Working across Surrey Only - £35/40k

My Client are a mechanical engineering who have been in operation for over 50 years providing mechanical engineering solutions to their diverse portfolio of clients.

They currently require X 2 mobile Fabric maintenance engineers to work across the surrey region, carrying out the following works with commercial properties :

Work Includes small repairs, roofing, concerting, plastering, wood work, windows, door repairs and replacement.

This role would suit a team served general all round builder.


Requirements :

Trade Qualifications Required (NVQ / City and Guilds Level 2 / 3)


IPAF and/or PASMA desirable


SALARY PACKAGE :

• £32 to £42 k dependant on experience and qualifications.
• Travel time paid after 30 mins EW
• 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday 0800 to 1630 hours (30 minute lunch)
• SSP
• Company van provided, fuel card  - Tablet, phone and uniform provided
• 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
• Private use of van allowed
• Company Pension Scheme in place
