Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator
Location: Worcester WR1
Hours: Part-time, Tuesday 1pm to 5pm, Wednesday to Friday 9am to 1pm
Salary: £12 per hour
Job Overview:We are looking for a reliable and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception environment, as well as providing administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet visitors and manage the reception area
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing post
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintain office supplies and order when necessary
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional and friendly manner
