Contract type: full time – temporary – end of February
Location: Worcester
Working hrs: 09:00 - 17:00
Salary: £26.000
We are currently seeking a Credit Controller to join our team in Kempsey. The ideal candidate should have a strong customer service background and excellent phone manners.
Responsibilities:
- Chasing customers for payment of overdue invoices via phone, email, and letter
- Negotiating payment plans with customers
- Investigating and resolving customer queries
- Maintaining accurate records of customer correspondence
- Preparing weekly reports on overdue accounts
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent phone manners
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Must have a valid driver's license due to the location of the role
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- Available for an immediate start
