📌 Temporary Administrative Assistant – Export Documentation
Location: Evesham
Pay Rate: £12.70 per hour
Contract: 6 weeks
We’re currently looking for a
Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our Operations team in Evesham on a
6-week assignment. This role will focus on completing and organising export documentation to make sure our records are fully up to date and audit-ready.
🔑 What you’ll be doing:
- Reviewing paper files stored in the warehouse
- Uploading missing paperwork (such as signed collection notes) into our system
- Contacting a small number of customers to gather missing export evidence
- Collating and uploading emailed documents against invoices, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Supporting colleagues across Logistics, Supply Chain and Finance with documentation queries
✅ What we’re looking for:
- Previous admin experience (ideally in logistics, supply chain, or export documentation)
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication skills when liaising with customers and internal teams
- Able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines within the 6-week timeframe
