🍽️ Food Production Operative
📍 Location: Evesham
💰 £12.21 per hour (rising to £13.10 after 12 weeks)
🕒 Full-Time | Temp to Perm | Monday to Friday

We’re currently recruiting Food Production Operatives for a well-established company in Evesham. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role after just 12 weeks, with great training and progression available for reliable candidates.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Picking and packing food products to order
Labelling products accurately
Stock rotation and stock control duties
Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
Working efficiently as part of a fast-paced team

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in food production or warehousing (preferred, but not essential)
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Comfortable with manual handling and standing for long periods
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
