Job Description
📍 Location: Evesham
💰 £12.21 per hour (rising to £13.10 after 12 weeks)
🕒 Full-Time | Temp to Perm | Monday to Friday
We’re currently recruiting Food Production Operatives for a well-established company in Evesham. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role after just 12 weeks, with great training and progression available for reliable candidates.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing food products to order
- Labelling products accurately
- Stock rotation and stock control duties
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
- Working efficiently as part of a fast-paced team
- Previous experience in food production or warehousing (preferred, but not essential)
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable with manual handling and standing for long periods
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Permanent contract after 12 weeks
- Pay increase after probation period: from £12.21 to £13.10/hour
- Friendly team environment with full training provided
- Immediate start available
