Job Description
📍 Location: Worcester, WR5
⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM (40 hours per week)
💷 Pay: £13.80 per hour
A busy and organised administrative role has become available in the WR5 area of Worcester. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid admin experience who enjoys a varied workload and thrives in a structured environment.
You’ll be responsible for a range of general administrative tasks including data entry, document control, purchasing logs, scheduling, and assisting with visitor inductions. You’ll be the central contact for both internal teams and external enquiries, so great communication skills are essential.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and organised
- Comfortable supporting multiple departments and tasks
- Friendly and supportive work environment
- A stable full-time schedule, Monday to Friday
