💷 Pay Rate: £13.63 per hour
🕗 Hours: 8am–5pm (some flexibility may be required)
We’re on the lookout for a proactive and organised Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to support smooth daily operations at our Evesham facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong leadership potential, a sharp eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse using a stock management system
- Managing daily manifests and ensuring all paperwork is accurate and on time
- Supporting warehouse staff and helping to maintain high safety standards
- Checking stock levels, booking deliveries, and assisting with audits and adjustments
- Communicating with internal teams and external partners to keep operations running smoothly
- Completing essential reports, including purchase and inter-branch order tracking
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence – essential
- Bendi truck experience – highly desirable
- Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in warehouse administration or supervision
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
