RGB Recruitment are seeking highly skilled Painter & Decorators to work on a prestigious listed building project in Exeter.

This is a large-scale, detail-focused refurbishment where quality and precision are absolutely key. The role will suit decorators who take real pride in their craft and have experience working to a high standard, particularly on heritage or sensitive projects.

Duties will include:

• High-end internal and decorating
• Fine finishing work with strong attention to detail
• Surface preparation to an exceptional standard
• Working carefully within a listed/heritage environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in high-quality painting & decorating
• Previous work on listed buildings or heritage sites (preferred)
• Excellent eye for detail and neatness
• Own tools and PPE
• CSCS card desirable
• Reliable, professional, and able to work with care in sensitive environments
