Are you a talented cook with a passion for creating delicious and nutritious meals?
Do you have experience working in schools and residentials units or similar settings?
Here at Pertemps Network Catering we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Cook /  Chef to work with our client based in Longbridge.
Working as part of a busy catering team you will play a crucial role in providing well-balanced and appetizing meals to students and staff.
Starting from Monday 3rd March hours will be Monday to Friday, 7 :00 am to 4pm

Responsibilities:
 
Plan and prepare daily breakfast, lunch and snacks for students following menu guidelines and dietary guidelines and dietary requirements.
 
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all safety and hygiene regulations.
  
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
 
Adapt menus to accommodate special dietary needs and allergies.
 
Ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and report any issues for repair.
 
Comply with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.

Qualifications:
 
Previous experience as a cook in a school, care homes, college or similar setting is preferred.
 
Experience and knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.

Familiarity with dietary restrictions and allergen management.
 
Food hygiene and food allergen certificate = we can provide training if needed
