Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by converting both inbound and outbound leads into long-term partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing outstanding service and fostering trust.
- Contribute to pitch development and business presentations, helping to craft compelling proposals.
- Bring energy, innovation, and initiative to the team, operating as a proactive and self-motivated salesperson.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive business development experience in a creative industry, ideally within retail or interior design.
- A strong track record of securing new business and successfully winning key client accounts.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and internal teams.
- A genuine enthusiasm for the industry and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
Work Arrangements:
- Hybrid work model – 4 days in the office, 1 day remote.
- Client meetings as needed – flexibility required to attend on-site visits.
